Stick out tongue [:P] 2008 crowndezvous

hello, everyone im a new crownie as of the end of last summer.  some people were telling me about the crowndezvous on table rock , does anyone have any info for me or tips. the couple that told me about it said they went years ago and had a blast and they were wondering if it was a factory sponsered event ?  any other tip or suggestion of places to go or other events that i could drive to would be greatly appreciated.

    thank you

Sean, Check out the 2008 National Crowndezvous Folder. That might help a little.

    Re: 2008 crowndezvous

Sean, Welcome to the CL family!

The rallies are no longer sponsored by Crownline and have not been for several years. The rallies are put on by the owners and you do not have to be a CL owner to participate. There is a National Rally folder that tells when the rally is. More information will be posted at a later date with the particulars.

Just get the dates and a reservation at Kimberling Inn(or resort of your choice) and join in. We'd love to have you attend. They really are a blast  and you will make a lot of new friends.

Has anyone seen Table Rock lately? Is it very low right now? I know it will be up and warm by Crwondezvous time, I am just curious where it stands now?

    Hello Gary,

The lake is just a tick above normal pool of 915.0...915.3.  If I recall correctly it is not usually at this level so soon in the season.  Now we just need the water to warm up as it is still below 50.

    Re: 2008 crowndezvous

Kevin is right about the lake level, however with the heavy rain and snow of the past couple days, it is and will continue to rise rapidly. I would not be surprised if it comes up another 2 feet by the weekend.

We lost a neighbor in our lake community that was killed when the handle slipped and hit him, knocking him in the water, trying to bring the dock in.

Tragic accident that has sent shock waves thru our small community.
