    Chris,

There is no sandbar or beach (to speak of) for that matter at Bigfoot Beach. Everyone just throws an anchor out and hangs out and swims and that type of thing.

I have never been to harpoon willies. I hang out at Champs in downtown Lake Geneva when I go out up there. We usually head back to the house cookout, drink a little bit and just hang out there. I am not opposed to trying out a new spot though!!!

    Re: New Crownie

    Hi Chris,

There is not a sand bar but it is sand bottom. Most everyone anchors just off shore and then walks a line to the rocks on shore to steady the boat. Someone the other day was park on shore too close to the beach and the safety patrol kicked them out. So I would do just like all the others and anchor. of course the closer to shore, the shallower the water and then you can just get out and walk around. Hope that answers your question?
