Well, we at least had an "Official" Crownie raft-up at the event - Moon Jelly and Crown Jewel.  Although we did not have to reset our anchor after the wind came up - like many others in the Dobbins Anchor Basin.  Seems we missed all of the storms and made it back to the slip before the evening rain.

Hope you and Linda had a good evening, Ed.  Glad you were able to make it over for the Magothy Day event and hang out with us for awhile.  Man, it's a good thing the "real" Smith and Co. adventurers could row better than the re-enactors.  I don't think they would have discovered much of the Bay, otherwise.

See ya'll back on the water soon...

Sorry we missed you guys.  We managed to spend the day in Eagle Cove today, so I feel somewhat redeemed.  Saw Doug out on PT-5 and a couple other non-participating Crowns in the cove.  It was a good time.  The water's a great temperature right now.  I just miss having my extended swim platform!!!

Your boat still looks good Jay, even without the platform.  You are so right about the water temp now.  It felt great to take a dip.  After pulling out of the cove we crossed the bay and docked at Hemmingway's for something to eat.   The bay was fairly calm and alot less traffic than the Magothy.  Definetly a great day to be on the water!
