    Re: Snow

It looks like it may be slowing a little, but the winds will start soon, 20-30mph, with 40mph gust's.

So far I measured 20+ inches on top of the 18" we got the other day.

    Gotta love it.

    Re: Snow

We're getting hammered!  I've been out once already to clear the very heavy snow off of Two Yutes.  I'll be heading out again in an hour or so to clean her off again. Tomorrow looks like another work-at-home day for me.

Take it slow, John.  I'm done.  Can't get the snow blower to work and i'll be damned if I'm going to spend another day shoveling this crap.  I figure it'll be warm again in May.  Let the $h!t melt by itself.

The furnace is working, I have heat, I have food and the generator is ready to go so if the power goes I still have TV and internet.  Mother Nature can bite me.  Devil

    Re: Snow

Well we made it!!  The snowblower worked the whole time, we got the nieghborhood dug out, we found the driveway

and the best---the sun came out. I QUIT!   We had that much snow that the snowmobiles can't get out. Too much snow,

they sink and can't get going. Oh well, rest up for the next one.

    ZZZZZZzzzzzzzzz.............yawn................Is it spring yet???

Linda was inside freezing as I was outside shoveling as we were without electricity and heat for a couple of days. Survived the first night without power OK but then somebody said it was time to find a hotel for a couple of nights. Pine trees are down everywhere.

    Re: Snow

I'll take another 20" storm before the winter ends.  My theory is that if we get all of the 2010 precipitation in now, we can have a nice boater friendly drought this summer without drying up my well.  This will be my last child-free boating season for many years so I plan to make the most of it.
