    Todd,

Pending the lovely weather we have been experiencing, we plan to be at the sandbar on Burt Lake Sunday and Monday.  Perhaps we'll see you there.

We usually hang out at the sandbar near Maple Bay, around the corner from the entrance to Crooked River.  We usually launch from Burt Lake State Park and it's about a 10-15 minute ride over there.

The sandbar near Maple Bay is NE of the entrance to Crooked River, around the first point.

    Todd,

Yes that was us that launched in front of you.  I recognized your boat's name when we were backing out from the launch.  We headed to sandbar and just hung out for the afternoon.  It was a beautiful day at the lake, but a bit chilly in the 60 degree water.
