Do yuo run carb cleaner or is that somethnig thats not necessary in boats? In past with my motorcycles that had carbs I would run cleaner once a year and noticed a difference. But with my boat I was not sure what to do. Is a fuel/ carb cleaner worth it or just a waste and wont do anything?

Mike, first of all welcome to the forum. My dealer recommends a product called Sea Foam, it's a fuel conditioner and stabalizer. However they do make Marine versions of fuel conditioner/carb cleaner for carbed boats. I just put some in with a full tank before I went to Tablerock Lake for the National. Check out your local dealer or marina, they should have what you are looking for.
