    Boat Storage Near Olathe

I will need to find a place to store the boat this winter.  I'd like enclosed storage, but finances and reality will mean outdoor storage.

Does anyone know of any reasonable places I should consider?  I live in Olathe, so I would prefer something in the South.

Also, any tips would be appreciated!  It's been stored indoors all it's life, but that will no longer be available after November 1st.

I plan on having the dealer change the fluids and do the winterization at the end of the season; I just bought a new "Sharkskin" cover; tires are coming soon....

    Thanks all!

How close is close enough? You might try http://www.jayhawkcampersales.com/Jayhawk_Camper_Sales_Storage.htm in Shawnee. There are also storage places around Hillsdale lake, and Clinton lake. There's a storage place just west of Kansas ave., right about where the railraod tracks fork too. the further away from Johnson County you get, the cheaper. I store down by Pomme. Outdoor storage there is 7 to 10 bucks a month.

Jayhawk seems pretty restrictive!  I'm sure they want the keys as well so they can use it at their leisure!  Rates don't seem too bad.

I want to be able to come and go as I see fit, not during their normal business hours.  You never know when I may want to take a mignight cruise! Wink

I used to use Hillsdale storage and had an 11x26 garage for $55.00 a month, not sure if their rates have changed any.
