Drew,

I guessing around 7. That should give everyone time to get there and get settled and maybe a little boat time. As for set up Brad tells me there is a picnic area. We will use a table for food  and cook the food on one of the grills they have there. You might want to bring a fold up chair for yourself.

 If anyone wants to start earlier just let me know
