Sounds like an after the boat show next day party at Steve's in his garage to me.

That works too...I am on vacation the week after the show...leaving for Colorado on Monday or Tuesday, so no problem continuing the party through Sunday.

Rick, did they buy one already?

    Re: K.C. Boat Show

Yes, they bought a 03 220 deck boat. A really nice boat. I guess we will need to concentrate on finding Steve's new boat.

Right on, tell them congrats for me. We will see you guys in KC and drive safe coming up. Also, I'm sure we can help Steve spend his money!

    Re: K.C. Boat Show

Greg - It's great to hear from you. Hope the rest of your summer went well and looking forward to summer 08.

I've been trying to talk Dax into the KC idea, but he's kind of hung up on tradition of the Wichita boat show and Old town afterwards. Their is a whole group from Milford lake thats heading down to the Wichita.

I haven't committed to either yet. It would be great to see you guys again and start the planning process for the 08 mini rally!

I love that Crownline prop cover. When at the lake, I got to keep an eye on it, my crownie friends keep trying to steal it from me. They all want one!

Made lodging reservation for the National rendezvous at Table Rock. Ceder Woods Resort. Can't wait. Hope to see you there!

If I don't see you guys in KC, will catch up with you this summer and at the Ks mini rally.

    Re: K.C. Boat Show

Jerry, hope you can make it to KC and I understand about the tradition so if you guys can't I understand just let me know so I can add to the reservation for dinner. We are planning on the "Mini" again this July and will be putting something together for it. It will be around the same time as last year, the weekend after the fourth and the same area. We will be at the National in June and are heading down on Sunday the 15th staying @ Kimberling Inn through the week and leaving the following Sunday. Look forward to seeing you there if we don't catch up in KC. Take care and glad you're getting use of the prop cover. By the way, we had a great summer after the "Mini", we decided to go to the Summer Splash @ Table Rock after all. Then on the way home dropped the boat off @ my brother and sister in laws place on Lake of the Ozarks and spent the first week of August with them. Finally put some hours on it!

    Take care, tell Dax hi!

    Re: K.C. Boat Show

Dave, we had a really good time and yes Joe was well behaved. He and Terri shared a room with Julie and I at Hotel Phillips just a couple blocks from the show. It was great to see everyone again, and enjoy the evening with them. We ran into Rick and Linda Howell and their son at the show, and Scott Schroder at Manny's. Hope everyone that attended had a good time as well and look forward to seeing all of you @ the National in June

    Re: K.C. Boat Show

We were having a hard enough time walking, I don't think we could have found our vehicles. You are correct on the "Mini", it'll be the 11th & 12th of July. I'll post info starting the middle to end of next month.
