    Crowndezvous Questions

Sorry for the silly question, but do they have only one Crowndezvous each year?  Are there rally's, etc. throughout the year.  We bought our boat at the beginning of summer 2007 so we missed the 2007 meet. We live in Nashville and was hoping to meet other Crownie owners once in a while.

    Re: Crowndezvous Questions

David, Welcome to the site. You'll find there are alot of good people here with alot of good information. As far as the rallies go, there is 1 Unofficial National Crownline Rally (Crowndezvous) held every year. It's all setup by fellow crownies that volunteer their time and it's usually hosted at a different lake every year. There are about 3 or 4 lakes that make the normal rotation. In addition there are several "regional" rallies held throughout the year as well. I don't know specifically any dates but I can seem to think of about 4 or 5 different ones off the top of my head. On top of all the rallies, you'll find there are several groups of Crownies that enjoy to just get together on any given weekend and I'm sure there are quite a few up in your neck of the woods. I know there is a memorial day gathering happening at Norris Lake and I think some folks are getting together at Lake Cumberland in June or July. The National Rally is at Table Rock lake this year in June. Have a look under the "regional rallies" area of the forums.

    Re: Crowndezvous Questions

David, anyone can plan a rally so if there's not one in your area and you want to get one together, start a thread in your regional area and see if there is enough interest.
    Welcome!  Have fun!

    Re: Crowndezvous Questions

Welcome to Team Crownline, David.  If you are willing to travel, you can find lots of smaller rallys taking place throughout the year --  you would be welcomed at any of them!    Will you be making the trip to Table Rock for the '08 National Crowndezvous?

    David,

Welcome to the forum!!!!  We attend the National every year.  It is a lot of fun, we usually try to do a few local rallies as well.  I hold a rally every weekend, of course sometimes it is just Ann and I.  Which is fine as well.  LOL!!!!  Hope to see you this summer.

    Re: Crowndezvous Questions

Thanks so much for all the responses, and I apologize for not responding back sooner.  I hope to get to as many get togethers as possible.  I cannot wait for the weather to get warm and the water to join it.
