    Bryan and Kathy,

    Welcome to the Crownline family and this forum.  We bought our first Crownline in 2005 (Bob got 4 footitis last August-hence the 270), found this website, and went to our first rally at LC in 2006 where we met most of the friends we boat with.Cool

    We live in Fairfield and take I-71 to the Wilmington Rd. exit.  Bob will have to give you the rest of the directions to the Wellman ramp where we all launch.  We've gone a couple of different ways to Wellman, but we found that this route is the most direct (Thanks to Craig and Vaughn).  We all look forward to meeting you! Big Smile

    Bryan and Kathy;

    Welcome to the forum and Linda and I look forward to meeting you both sometime soon.  The weather looks questionable for this weekend, but we are hoping to meet everyone at the Creek this Saturday.Umbrella

    We typically take I-71 north to exit #36 ( Wilmington Rd exit) and turn right... go 100 yards and turn left on Olive Branch Rd (first road the left)...follow that to the dead end...turn right onto Oregonia Road and go about 2 miles...turn left onto the access road that leads back to the Wellman ramp. Once we launch from Wellman we go toward the main lake and continue straight into the overnight cove and usually tie up near the rear of the cove, behind a small island.

    Take care and see you on the water!!Cool

    Re: Ceaser's Creek Tie-up -- May 17th

    Hey everyone...like everyone is saying, don't believe the weather is going to hold off.Crying

     From WHIO - "Mostly cloudy and breezy with scattered showers and a few thunderstorms from late morning into the afternoon. Highs in the upper 60s. "

    From Weather.com - "Windy with thunderstorms in the afternoon. High 66. Winds WSW at 15 to 25 mph. Chance of rain 40%"

     I think Mike and Kathy are going to try to make it out if it clears up....but, for this "official tie-up," we will cancel the tomorrow's meeting date. If you can make it out there and see a couple other crownies hanging out in the cove, feel free to join them like always!

    Take care!!!
