Coy,  I don't see your name on the list of registrees.  What's up with that?  Your going aren't you?  I'll look along the road on my way to TRL for your steakYesLOL

Oh yeah... I am in!  Be careful, the further south you get, the possums have shells and don't taste as good!

Coy, you don't have to go very far south anymore for those critters with the shells.  I was going down to Stockton a couple weeks ago and I saw two at the Butler exit.

I know!  I was down camping at Truman last week and saw one digging around in the leaves one night.  I have also seen one along the side of 71 hwy (dead) on the south side of Harrisonville.

Re: Table Rock Lake water level

If I may take this thread off the subject of hard shelled possums, I have a water level related post. Stick out tongue Big Smile

Last weekend we stopped at Kimberling Inn and checked out the docks. I am happy to report that all of their docks have now been pulled in and made very easily accessible from the parking area. In fact they are much closer and easier to get to than when the level is at normal full pool. Therefore everything is a go as far as the lake and those docking at KI. Most other resorts and marinas have also made the necessary adjustments to make their docks easy to get to.

The lake is beautiful and we saw no debri in te water. Table Rock is ready for the Crowndezvous!

OK. We can now get back to the discussion of the invasion of the armadillo! Stick out tongue

Re: Table Rock Lake water level

Me and Makers Marc were just talking about it.  Thanks for the update.  Water temp at Laurel Lake in KY was around 68 Memorial Weekend.  I got in and the kids.  Wife said Hell NO she wasn't getting in.  Still tryin to figure how you can boat all day long and not get in the water?

Keep us posted on water levels and temps.  I may need to bring my insulated wet suit.

    Hello Joe!

The water temps are ranging from 68 to about 75 depending on the location.  It has been fairly warm the last 6 days so that should bring the temps up even more.  We were in the water over Memorial Day weekend and with the hot sunshine it felt refreshing.  LET'S RALLY!

Keep us updated on lake level too.  Is it going down at all or has the rain kept it up?  How far above normal pool is it right now?

Looking at weather.com for Kimberling City and the 10 day forecast is calling for upper 80's almost everyday so that water should be warming nicely.

Re: Table Rock Lake water level

Anyway we look at it, its really going to suck :).

Lets stop worrying about little stuff.

Checklist: 1, Alcohol (Me and Makers Marc will supply the Bourbon) Problem Solved.  2, Gas for the boat (Stimulus Check) Problem Solved.  3, Enough water to boat in (Thanks You Jesus) Problem Solved.

If you wish to add to the list feel free. I'm sure I forgot something.

Re: Table Rock Lake water level

I spoke to the lady at Schooners Creek yesterday.  She told me the water temp. was 80 degrees.  I found that kind of hard to believe, but she sounded sure of herself.  Any temp. updates?
