    Tidewater Marina, HDG??

Anyone familiar with the ramp and facilities at Tidewater? We're planning on meeting some people at the Flats this weekend and are considering it for launching and dinner (Drinks) later. We're also considering Anchor Marina in North East.

    Thanks in advance Yes

    Greg,

I've never did Tidewater but I know that Anchor is a pretty easy ramp with plenty of parking.

    Vince,

We were looking for you guys last weekend. We launched from Duffy Creek Friday and Sunday...had dinner both nights at the Granary. You were probably working Friday (I took the day off). I didn't have my cell, had Jess's. What's your boat name/what VHF channel do you monitor?

    Greg,

We were out Saturday and Sunday, and yes I was working Friday Angry.  We decided to go back to the marina Saturday night b/c of the weather (which we never got) so we went to the granary for dinner then.  Sunday we were back out on the bay by 11:00 in our usual spot.  The boat name is Another Panic Attack and if we are cruising we monitor ch.16, but if we are rafted we rarely have the VHF on.  WE will be out again this weekend for an "adult only" weekend which we really need.  Hopefully we can hookup again.

    Vince,

Adult only...very nice Wink We have (2) 3-day weekend trips planned to Lake Raystown and a week in Long Beach Island, NJ (mid July - beg. of August), but other than that, we're planning on being on the northern bay/rivers primarily. Plus I/we gotta get to the Bohemia to see (BeerDrinks) Mark. We'll stay in touch.

Oh yeah, the kid's got to give "their" new tube a work-out also this past weekend...it's a blast!

Looks like a great time on the tube.  Raystown is one of my favorite places to boat.  The water is so clean and deep.  If you have any questions about the lake just let me know  otherwords have a great time.

    Vince,

Actually I do have some questions about Raystown...I'll shoot ya an e-mail.

BTW - We decided to launch at Anchor Marina on Saturday. Maybe we timed our launch and retrieval at bad times, but man it was hectic and crowded between the hi-n-dry boats, ramp traffic and a trying to dodge these friggin' little bass boats that seemed to be everywhere (maybe a fishing tournament; don't know). We went down and around Elk Neck and into the Bohemia and hung out just after the 213 bridge.
