Thanks to all in the planning and execution of the event.
On our drive last Tuesday I thought the vacation was over before it started when we lost a wheel bearing. After a 5 hour layover at the Meneke we were back on the road with a temporary fix.
Big thanks to Jerry, Andy, Greg and CJ with Walt's boats for: 1. Trying to find a place that would "fix" the "Reliable" axle that was trash thanks to a brilliant one piece design. 2. Offering a brand new trailer at cost when it appeared replacing the axle may take weeks. 3. Giving me one hell of a deal on a brand new 230 :).
The new boat is awsome, we had it on the water for two days before even signing the paperwork. Andy drove a trailer down from Nixa to pick up the Thomsen's Water Seal and take it back to Nixa for a trade check.
Hope to see you all at the next event. (I promise to take better care of my wheel bearings)
