    Friday at the Cove?

Commute to work stinks, Weather hasn't been great and summer is shrinking....How's up for a raft up this Friday evening in Eagles Cove?  I now have an anchor so I'm not just looking for a cheap date to tie up to :-)

Ed, glad your back on the water, let's have a toast to Crown Jewel.  We should be departing the doc between 5:30-0600pm.

Ed - good to see you're floatin' again.  Jay and I pulled Moon Jelly and Mommy's Diamond last week.  Moon Jelly needs a new exhaust manifold gasket and a mid-season cleaning and Mommy's getting her new swim platform installed.  Neither will be ready by today.  Also busy getting daughter ready to move to Miami.

Sorry we'll miss you guys.  Scott - you get all of you're problems resolved?  Well, at least boating - not enough time or space for the others Tongue Tied

    Re: Friday at the Cove?

Man, I'm totally pi$$ed.  We have a committment tonight that we can't get out of. But maybe we'll be the breakfast boat tomorrow.  We've got a couple of things to do but we'll do 'em early and maybe get out to the cove with a box of Joe and some donuts.  Are you guys planning to spend the day out there on Sat?

Hey Scott, just keep a close eye on Ed.  Three weeks boatless got him a little crazy.  When he finally got in last weekend, he spent the whole afternoon on  Sunday stroking his drive Devil

Have fun tonight and we'll see you in the morning

    Re: Friday at the Cove?

Just pulling in from vacation.  Find out tomorrow if my boat's back together.  If it is, we'll be out Sat or Sun.  Will try to touch base with someone to find out what's up!  We're excited to have a boat that works properly again!  :-)

    Re: Friday at the Cove?

It was nice to see you guys again, even if only for a short time.  I wish we had made it for Karaoke night.  Ed and Linda left shortly after you guys but they came back around 3.  The cove got pretty crowded by mid-day.

I didn't make it out on Sunday either.  I wanted to take a run down to the bridge and check out that semi that went into the water but by the time I got back from the airport and finished all the other crap that I had to do, I had lost the tide.  We've been having some really low low tides over the last few days so if I wait too long I can't get off the lift until the next high.

    Re: Friday at the Cove?

We won't be able to get out again until Labor weekend.  O.C. this weekend and a class reunion in PA the weekend after that.  Did you guys come up with a plan for Labor Day weekend yet.  Someone mentioned Middle River???  I think we're up for pretty much anything because that will probably be the last weekend overnighter for a while.
