    Oregon

Thanks!! Is there an inactive post life like before. I post several links to local boating info the don't get much activity other than viewing. How do we keep those open?? Takes time to repost them every few weeks.........

    Re: Oregon

So, Jim set us up with our own folder, and nobody is using it. Where is everybody? I know they aren't all out boating, its too early for that to be happening on a regular basis. Is the new dealer in Stayton at Stayton Motorsports steering people to the forum? We haven't met him since we haven't been up there in awhile other than for the Portland boat Show. Things were so busy at the show, that we didn't get to find out which of the guys was him and introduce ourselves. We did run into Joel at the show and got to talk to him for a few minutes.

    Re: Oregon

Nobody from our group posts anymore...as you can see...I check several times a week and well....you get the picture.....I'm about the only one here regularly. There are a few new locals on the other site, but none of our group.  There is yet another new manager at SMS as of a couple of days ago and I don't know what they are telling owners.

BTW...Len and I drove to Kanes today to check things out.  Talked to Joel for a while. They are re-configuring the marina docks and building some new ones.  The lake level looks good, only about 12' down now.  We may spend the weekend there at the end of April......

Glad to hear Detroit is doing well. I don't know if we'll make it up there this year or not, but it would be nice to see everyone.

    Re: Oregon

Anyone had any dealings with SMS lately?  They were supposed to be getting me a replacement Bimini cover for my 2005 206LS about 6 weeks ago.  It was supposed to take 2 weeks and I still don't have it.  We just keep getting excuse after excuse.  Anyone else having these problems?

We live in Bend.  Boat mostly at Billy Chinook and Prineville Res.  Sometimes Crescent lake.  I'm guessing you spend a lot of time at Detroit?

    Re: Oregon

We go to Detroit 3-4 times a year, It's not our favorite Lake because of afternoon winds and hard to get an RV site.  4th of July and Crownline-SMS Rally the first weekend in August plus a couple more.

We go to Billy Chinook about as much, although with these gas prices, we may stay close this year. Used to have a cabin on Cresent Lake...now the ex has it Sad  Thats cold water....

We also go to Lake Shasta in mid June as soon as the kids get out of school.  This will be our 8th year in a row.  We have 7-8  boating families that make the trip.  We stay at Antlers RV park.

    Re: Oregon

I love Shasta.  Right now our kids are a little young for a week on a houseboat, but not for long.  Can't wait to get back there.  Maybe I'll see you at Billy Chinook sometime.  By the way, do I count 4 axles on your boat trailer?  I don't think I've seen that before.
