They did the rating based on waterfront availability,number of good boating days,ease for boaters and boat related business. Also in the top 10 Knoxville, Ft.Lauderdale, Austin, San Diego, Lake Keowee,S.C., Otter Tail Co.(?),MN, Seattle and The Finger Lakes in NY (boated there).

They also had a three page spread about Sarasota Bay in the mag. Good stuff.

Southwest Florida boating is THE BEST! 

I would agree with that!!!  I have boated on the Bay with other Crownies.  It is excellent all year round.
