I think it's a pretty good idea. The results will obviously be biased towards Crownline, but the way they structured it, it's not about comparing Crownline with other manufacturers, it's mostly about bettering the Crownline offerings. Having the ability to pull the expectations and wants/needs from a group of very perspective (repeat) customers is a great thing, and using that to your advantage is a great move - both for Crownline in growing the business and for future buyers in letting Crownline know what would make them more likely to buy another boat.
