Does anyone know the exact date of the Blue Angels? We have heard the 20th is the practice day (which is the one to see) and the 21st is the show. I thought it was the 21st for the practice day so I'm a little confused now. I want to be sure we go on the actual practice day.

 Is anyone else planning on going?

What: Blue Angels Raftup
Where: Severn River
When: Tuesday, May 20th at 10:30AM
Here is a link to where we'll be rafting up.

We use Channel 69 to hook up. First to arrive should work with USCG to helping us determine the line.

The USCG will close the Severn River at 10:30AM sharp, but this DOES NOT AFFECT those coming into the Severn from the Bay. Meaning, if you live on the Severn, and you're not beyond the last bridge by 10:30AM, you're stuck inside the river until 3PM.

The Blue Angels usually arrive for a fly-by around 11AM, then head to Andrews AFB to refuel. Traditionally, the practice runs begin closer to 1PM and end around 3:00PM.
