Sequoia Towing Capacity

Anyone have any experience Towing a 202BR or bigger with a Toyota Sequoia? We are looking at a 2005 model with the 4.7 V8 engine. Book says its towing capacity is 6200lbs.

I have a friend towing a 225 with his Sequioa - no problems..
