How long did it take you to install any tips?

 

I was worried cause they got back to me so quick on the beginning . . . I was thinking oh oh, this is a one man show and someone got hurt :-(

But not the case they have a team and they are great.

I paid my dealer to install. He charged me $500. There are a few that have done the install themselves. Maybe they will chime in. It is definately a two person job.

Robert, congrats on getting (in my opinion) the best aftermarket swimplatform out there. I have installed 2 of these with the help of my friends. Having 2 buddies of your own will help out alot. More than likely you'll spend more time in the boat after lining everything up and they will be there for basic support. You will probably be able to do the whole project in about 3-4 hrs. Swimplatforms.com send out great instructions and are available by phone if needed, they are great guys who will help in any way they can.

I've installed 4 of them........takes about 4 hours on the dot.  Take your time,  The hardest part is getting the washers and nuts on the bolts behind the engine. I have a pneumatic ratchet that really helped sinch things up.  Use lots of sealer also.  It's easier to clean off the excess than add more later.
