    Green Lake this weekend

Looks like Ann and I will be towing the boat to Green Lake this weekend.  We are going to go with a couple other boats in our Wisconsin Power Boaters Club.  If anyone sees an 18' Crownline with a bunch of Go Fasts, that will be us.  We are planning on launching at 10am and cruising around and then doing a tie up somewhere.  Should be a fun weekend.

    Gary,

It should be a good time.  Weather is supposed to be excellent and there is no speed limit on the lake.

Kerry, You just missed the correct craft reunion up there, lots of vintage ski boats. I think you can beach at the norwegian bay sandbar.

    Kerry,

Looks like we missed a great weekend.  Weather was awesome!

If you're looking for another outing, I will be heading up to Door County from  aug. 7th through the 10th.  I have a cottage in Little Sturgeon Bay.  We're going with some others, so the cottage is full, but Wave Pointe Resort and Marina is less than a mile away.  I'll have my Chap and 2 jet skis along with my brother-in-law and his Chap.

It doesn't look like Pewaukee Lake is going to allow wake traffic at all this year!  I have a business in Pewaukee and hoped to be on that lake a lot this year.  Oh well.  Maybe next year.

    Brian,

Green Lake was nice but we got the crap kicked out of us from the wind and waves. We tied up for about 5 hours.

Great News!!!!!  They lifted the No-Wake ban on Pewaukee yesterday.  WooooooHoooooo!!!!!!!!!!  I have my boat on Okauchee temporarily so Ann could take her friends daughter swimming (still can't go in on Pewaukee).  I will be picking it up and putting it in on Pewaukee Thursday night.  My band is playing at Airman's Sandtrap on Pewaukee Lake on August 2nd.  Try and make it in if you can.  We play from 5 to 8pm.  I am the bass player and you can't miss me.  Say hello if you can stop by.  What business do you have in Pewaukee?

    Kerry,

    BAN LIFTED????   COOL!!

My wife is out of town this week and returning Saturday.  It would be fun to stop by.  What kind of music?

I own The Rec Room Plus, on Capitol Drive.  Where the old Theater used to be.  I share the building with Office Max.  BW3, located in the outlot in front of me, just opened yesterday.  HUGE crowds.  I close at 5pm on Saturday.   Maybe I'll see ya at your gig.

If not, I'll look for you on the lake.

    regards,

    Brian

    Brian,

We're a 4 piece blues band.  Bass, Guitar, Harmonica and Drums.  We all sing.  It would be cool if you stopped by.  I know exactly where your store is.  One of my friends is on the council in Pewaukee.
