Any South Jersey Crownies out there?

We're located in Harbour Cove Marina in Somers Point, NJ.  Looking for other Crownies in barnegat Bay to Cape May; Delaware Bay to Trenton area.  als@boatinfousa.com

    Is it spring yet?

Hello, I'm in Ocean County NJ.  Stay in the boat weekends and vacations.  We used to travel in the boat every year (until gas went up).

I'm in Sparta. OK, I know, completely northern part of the state, but we do get down to LBI every year. We're hopeful that we'll get to bring our 180BR down for the week and get some fun in Barnegat  bay. Still feel that after 7 years with this boat, I still have a lot to learn.

    Peace!

    Hi Marc . . .

Better late than never in replying to your note.  I've had a terrible time trying to log into this forum and, frankly, gave up awhile ago.

But, things seem to be starightened out now.

How has your season been?  I'm going to Somers Point this morning to set some extra lines in preparation for Earl.

    Paul . . .

I'm going to Somers Point this morning to set some extra lines in preparation for Earl.  Expected about noon -- 40+ mph winds.  Our marina is very protected.

    Yep... finally got on!

I'm delaying putting my 210 in the slip until after work (that and I have some work to finish). Doesn't look like we (Philly area) will see much of anything from Earl, though.

    Hi

Our club decided on a mandatory evacuation!!! Were the winds are going to be up to 50-60mph I put it on the mooring. The club is in  a cove and were my morring is, parts of that cove hook around to make another cove. With a 200lb mushroom  & 3/4" & 5/8" chain, the lines and cleats will let go first. About 10 to noon on Saterday, we should be able to put the boats back, I hope.

NJ must be going though it now, try to keep dry, good luck!!!
